We built Polaris to fix the exact day-to-day headaches we ran into ourselves.
The Story
I started having thoughts to create Polaris at the end of 2025 because I was exhausted by how normal customer service works. Staff get burned out because they have to answer the exact same questions every single day. One day I just thought, "Why ah? Why don't we just fix how this whole thing works?"
I also noticed that other tech companies try to sell you complicated "Do-It-Yourself" software. But business owners do not have the time to learn how to build a chatbot. They just want the problem solved. So, I built a service where we handle all the hard work. You just give us your business info, and we build a smart assistant that answers your customers perfectly.

I pay a massive amount of attention to the details (probably autistic in a good way). I built Polaris to stop local businesses from wasting time typing manual replies, and to save owners from the headache of trying to figure out complicated tech by themselves.

We were tired of watching Malaysian businesses lose sales to slow replies, so we started building a fix.
We applied for Meta Business verification for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.
Got the basics working: the AI answers from your own documents, every chat lands in one inbox, and it passes the conversation to a real person when it needs to.
Customers can book a slot from a link in the chat. If you run more than one branch, it goes to the right one.
Cleared business verification with Meta for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.
